DELIVERY

Delivery modes

We use different types of transport to send your packages. 
For deliveries in France, you have the choice between Colissimo for 48 hours delivery or Chronopost a 24 hours delivery. 
For deliveries abroad and DOM-TOM, you have the choice between Colissimo for a 4 - 8 days delivery or Chronopost for a 2 - 4 days delivery.

Deliveries tracking

Packages monitored by Colissimo services allow a track of delivery. Indeed, an unique number is allocated in every package. You can follow the delivery evolution at the following address www.coliposte.net in the « Particulier » field by grabbing the number noted on the email informing you about the departure of your package from our warehouse. 
Packages monitored by Chronopost also allow a delivery tracking service. You can follow the evolution of delivery at the following address www.Chronopost.com , at the "Track and trace" space by grabbing the number you find on the email informing you about the departure of your package from our warehouses.

Delivery Zone

We deliver European Union France and DOM-TOM.
The complete List of liable countries for delivery is offered to you at the « my account » section or at « my cart » during a purchase, when you give information to your delivery or invoicing address.

Deliveries rate

Deliveries delays

All articles offered on our site are in supply. Therefore, all packages leave our warehouses at the latest day after order (from Monday to Friday).
Thereafter, validated orders by colissimo will be routed at the delivery address within 48 hours and within 24 hours for orders validated with Chronopost for deliveries in Metropolitan France (except Corsica).
For other destinations time of transportation depends on the delivery country.

Deliveries problems

Colissimo (tracked): In case of absence, a calling card will be dropped of in your mailbox. Your package will be available during 15 days at your post office.


Chronopost: In case of absence, a calling card will be dropped of in your mailbox. Anew, the driver will introduce the package twice next days (working days). Attention, in case of absence at the third presentation, the package will be returned to us. For any information, please contact Chronopost at the number written on your passage note.


In case of not reception of a package, we invite you to check the preparation of your order in « my account » and the progression of your package (in the tracking your order »section).

Damaged packages

We ask you to refuse the delivery of a damaged package (damaged, opened, spoilt cardboard); it is imperative to refuse it.


Packages outbound of our warehouse are undamaged and must imperatively be delivered to you in blameless condition.


If no complain has been expressed, unfortunately, we won’t be able of taking into account the possible disappearances or spoiling, nor undertaking an indemnity..

The lost packages

If you don't receive news of your package while it was sent for more than 6 working days we invite you to contact us by clicking on the « Contact us ». section.


Roseanna.fr promises to closely investigate to the services of the Post office to give you complete information about the evolution of your package, and to reimburse you as quickly as possible.


RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Return an item

If, for any reason you are not satisfied of your order, you can return one or some of the products within 10 days after reception of your package following instructions below.


Before sending us back the items you want to return, fill the return form you included in your package. (Download the return form)


The return of a parcel without the form will be refused.


The return of all or part of your order is at your own expense.


In the package or the envelope return, send us back unsuitable articles for you as well as the return form (completely filled in); be sure that products are in the same condition as the moment you received them, with, if necessary, protections, labels and original packaging.
Any damaged, incomplete product, without origin packing, damaged, dirtied or without back number will be refused.


Returned products must be sent to Roseanna.fr in a single expedition. The adress is indicated on the return form.


Once all required conditions has been respected and after condition control of the goods, Roseanna.fr will reimburse the entirety of the price of your products, shipping charges excepted. However, Roseanna.fr will not accept the return of your order if all required conditions are not fulfilled: under these conditions, clothes will possibly be returned at your address and at your own expenses.

Exchange an article

If you are not satisfied by color, size or model of the article you bought, you can exchange or return it to receive a refund equal to the cost of the product. For an exchange, the procedure is the same as a return.

Cost of return

We remind you that return is at your own expense.

Refund

Once your return package will be received by Roseanna.fr and made sure that all conditions has been respected, you will receive a confirmation mail of acceptance of this return and will be reimbursed as soon as possible.

The delay of refund depends on the bank that issued the credit card. We remind you that the date of the new credit (which is equivalent to a refund) will be the same as the debit. As a result of that, you will not be penalized by banking interests.
